Andrew Langmaid is a Director of Satis Consulting. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) with over 25 years experience of major international and UK construction projects.


After 5 years as a Contractor's Quantity Surveyor and 20 years, as a client's Quantity Surveyor with Davis Langdon/Aecom (including 13 years as a partner), Andrew formed and now leads Satis Consulting.


Andrew is a member of the RICS, the Society of Construction Law and the Adjudication Society. He sits on the regional British Council of Offices (BCO)committee and on the regional committee of Constructing Excellence.


Andrew also lectures on the BSc Quantity Surveying programme at the University of the West of England.
